This vegan mushroom burgers recipe is 🔥.
For most people, a mushroom burger means two slabs of beef topped with mushrooms.
But in 2020, there’s a second type of mushroom burger on the rise – the vegan mushroom burger! We’ve enjoyed some wonderful vegan burgers (especially in Warsaw, Poland), but we’ve always felt they’re too much like junk food and craved something healthier.
We didn’t get very far with that until our fave digital nomad couple Sat & Dan came up with this belter of a vegan mushroom burger:
Whoa!
Not only is this vegan mushroom burgers recipe healthy, its tasty too. Here’s how to make it, super simple and super fast:

- 2 Cups of Mushroom (Chopped)
- 1 Cup of Cooked Rice
- 1/2 of Rolled Oats
- 1/2 of Breadcrumbs
- Handful of Walnuts (Pecans)
- 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 Tsp Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 Tsp Sriracha
- 1 Tsp Paprika
- Pinch of Salt
Mushroom Burgers Method:
- In a pan add the onion, mushrooms, garlic powder and salt
- Cook on high for 5 minutes

- Cook on high until a glaze is formed
- In a food processor add pecans/walnuts, breadcrumbs, rice and Mushroom mixture

It doesn’t get any easier than that!
